Not feeling very good at all. Combination of pains, head, stomach, abdomin, sinus inflamation(?). Anyway, not gonna communicate much today. Still not gonna quit. Mission still safe.

Why can't you just take in a little soup with good nutrients in it....that's like a drink. Put it in a blender and drink it.
please look after yourself, if you cant keep fluids down you are getting seriously ill, xxx
mission still safe , ok as long as you are.
We are becoming seriously worried - please keep safe - this could have long term consequences .
